DevOps Engineer (Part-Time, Poland-based)

 

Location: Poland (Remote) | Part-time


About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join us on a part-time basis and support the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud environments across multiple client projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across infrastructure, automation, and security, and is comfortable operating in a consultancy-style environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize environments built on the Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure DevOps, Windows-based services where applicable).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable delivery.
  • Implement and monitor security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
  • Perform security reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and propose remediation actions.
  • Support infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to embed security by design principles.
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and security controls clearly.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda).
  • Solid experience working with the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET applications, Azure DevOps, Windows environments).
  • Strong focus on security: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, encryption, network security.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Comfortable working in a part-time, consultancy-style engagement.
