We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (Compulsory Internship)

Help us amplify our AI capabilities and turn our vision into reality! As an AI Engineer (Compulsory Intern), you'll develop and optimize machine learning models powering the Smart Beauty platform, collaborating with experts in AI, computer vision, and design.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Train AI Models: Build and train computer vision and machine learning models for image recognition and skincare analysis.
• Optimize Model Performance: Implement advanced techniques to enhance accuracy and reduce inference time for real-time recommendations.
• YOLO Implementation: Use YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection algorithms to enhance image recognition capabilities in skincare analysis.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with UX/UI designers and engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-facing features.
• Data Preparation & Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality for robust model performance.
• Implement AI Pipelines: Assist in setting up end-to-end ML pipelines for production environments.
• Research & Experiment: Explore state-of-the-art AI techniques and incorporate the latest advances into our models.
• Monitor and Maintain Models: Track model performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• AI Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with Object Detection: Hands-on experience with YOLO and similar object detection frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Data Handling: Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
• Cloud Services & Deployment: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment is a plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical models with business and user needs.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a passion for tackling challenges.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with NLP or GANs is an advantage but not required.
