We are looking for a passionate 2D Animator to join our team. As a 2D Animator, you will produce animations for characters and gameplay elements of a mobile game. This position requires you to take on a considerable amount of ownership and responsibility. You are expected to bring your passion, animation skills, and creative problem-solving to contribute to the project. In the studio, you will work closely with engineers, game designers, and other artists to create games that will be played by millions of people all around the world.

Responsibilities

• Creating animations that are both fluid and responsive in Unity and Spine
• Controlling the quality and optimization of animation assets
• Continually iterating and improving animations that are consistent with the overall game
• Working closely with engineers to create an excellent gameplay experience
• Finding creative art solutions for the animation challenges

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the movement, anticipation, squash, stretch, and other principles of animation
• Ability to bring innovative solutions to technical problems and challenges
• Passion for video games and game development
• Familiarity with art production and pipelines
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
