We are looking to build a team of X6 5G NPO Engineer's to supporting one of the biggest telecommunication vendor in the world. This role is going to be a 8 month initial contract with a view to extend.

We are looking for experts across these locations in Türkiye:

• X2 Istanbul
• X1 Ankara
• X1 Diyarbakır
• X1 Trabzon or Erzurum
• X1 Kayseri or Konya

Role overview:

• We are looking for someone who has expertise in 5G Optimization. The project is focused on upgrading and modernizing network, while adding a 5G Layer. The NPO Engineer's will focus on optimizing the network, making sure all sites are meeting KPI's.

Key Requirements:

• Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization) and swap projects
• Experience working on 5G parameters, counters, and KPIs
• Proficiency in drive test data analysis and network optimization tools
• Familiarity with OSS platforms
