We are looking for Data Analyst who will be on our team!


Job Description (Responsibilities)


  • Collaborate with various levels of business and technical teams to understand analytical needs.
  • Perform deep-dive and statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer behavior, marketing performance, sales funnels, and product metrics.
  • Build dashboards and reports that track business KPIs and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
  • Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver insight-driven recommendations.


Qualifications (Requirements)


  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related role (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Python (especially for data analysis and reporting).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into business insights and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, specifically Google BigQuery.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey data-driven narratives.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
