We are looking for a Data Specialist to own and drive the end-to-end sales incentive and commission calculation ecosystem for one of the UAE’s leading telecom organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (Oracle / Hana)
• Build and enhance Power BI reports & dashboards
• Perform deep-dive analysis using advanced Excel
• Validate and reconcile large-scale data outputs
• Translate business questions into data insights & reports
• Work closely with Sales, Finance & Tech teams on data-driven decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on SQL experience (must-have)
• Solid Power BI reporting and visualization skills
• Advanced Excel (models, reconciliations, large datasets)
• Background in data analytics, reporting, or data systems
• Experience in telecom, sales, or commercial analytics is a plus
• Exposure to SAP or incentive/commission systems is an advantage (not mandatory)
