About The Roles

Are you passionate about leadership, organizational culture, and talent development? BW Offshore is looking for two motivated interns to join our Talent and Leadership Development team. These roles will work collaboratively on key projects that strengthen our people strategy and enhance employee experience.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR innovation, project management, and organizational development, while contributing to initiatives that shape the future of our company.

Please note: This internship is unpaid and only available to students who can complete it as part of their academic program for course credit.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Support the Design and Implementation of the 360 Assessment Tool: Assist in researching best practices and benchmarking assessment models. Assist with selecting the assessment provider. Help draft survey questions and feedback mechanisms based on the “BWO Way of Leading” framework. Coordinate pilot testing, collect feedback, and support data analysis for tool refinement.
  • Participate in Shaping the Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Facilitate employee interviews to gather insights into the factors that contribute to their long-term engagement with BW Offshore Analyze insights to craft a compelling EVP that reflects our unique culture and values. Use findings to support ongoing culture programs and employer branding strategies.
  • Contribute to Leadership Development Initiatives: Assist in developing materials for leadership workshops and training sessions. Help organize and document retrospectives after major projects to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and HR teams.
  • General Team Support: Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and assist with ad hoc tasks related to talent and leadership development. Conduct learning session for the Talent and Leadership team with latest insight from academia.

What We Are Looking For

  • Current students in Human Resources, Leadership and Organizational Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in leadership, talent management, and organizational culture.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
