Omny is expanding its Professional Services team and looking for OT Security Specialists who want to go beyond traditional consulting.

In this role, you will work hands-on with the Omny Platform to deliver end-to-end customer value. You will help industrial organizations gain full visibility into their OT infrastructure, understand what their most critical assets are and how to protect them from cyber threats.

Through Omny Platform, you will enable them to continuously monitor their security maturity and compliance status, their risk posture and help them prioritize security measures to remove gaps and vulnerabilities. Instead of building one-off reports or static assessments, you will help customers operationalize security through a scalable and dynamic platform that provides measurable, long lasting value to Security and Operations teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with industrial customers to map their OT environments, assess risks, and improve cybersecurity posture.
• Use the Omny Platform to perform security assessments and enable customers to run them independently in the future.
• Conduct reviews of ICS/OT networks, identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve Omny Platform
• Conduct demonstrations of Omny Platform and its value to existing and prospective Customers and partners.
• Travel to customer sites when needed (including offshore)

What You Bring

• Solid experience with Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, HMI, DCS, PLC).
• Understanding of industrial network architectures (Purdue, NAMUR NOA).
• Experience with OT risk, vulnerability, or gap assessments across large-scale industrial environments.
• Familiarity with OT security technologies (incl. but not limited to network sensors, industrial firewalls, vulnerability management).
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and relevant governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing settings.

• Experience with incident response planning in industrial environments
• Norwegian language proficiency at C1 level.
