As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Assistant to help us build a world-class team.
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our HR and Recruitment team. In this role, you will assist in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in HR principles, specifically within the UAE market, and is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company career page.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for junior to mid-level positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to gauge candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
Coordination & Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites and meeting logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the scheduling process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Database Management:
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases, ensuring candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for frequently filled roles within the real estate sector (e.g., Property Consultants, Admin Support).
Market Intelligence & Compliance:
- Utilize knowledge of the UAE talent market to suggest effective sourcing channels.
- Assist in ensuring all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Support Emiratization initiatives where applicable.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or an Administrative support role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification: Must hold an aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources), CIPD Level 3, or a similar recognized HR certification.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Local Presence: Must be currently located in Abu Dhabi.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the UAE talent landscape and recruitment practices.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
