Scrum Master (AI/ML) (m/f/d)

A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking a Scrum Master to join their team and help drive Agile initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Coach Agile Practices: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective implementation.
• Track Progress: Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation and learning.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions and report on progress.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
