Scrum Master (AI/ML) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Coach Agile Practices: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective implementation.
- Track Progress: Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation and learning.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions and report on progress.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
