1. Engagement Overview

  • Client Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Engagement Duration: 12 months
  • Start Date: February 2026 (latest by March 2026, subject to approval)
  • Engagement Model: Onsite, Part-Time
  • Working Days: 2 days per week (Monday & Thursday only)
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per working day
  • Language Requirement: English (mandatory)


The ideal candidate is a steady operator with enterprise exposure, capable of working autonomously while aligning with SLA rigor.

  • Proven experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure & End-User Computing (EUC)
  • Strong hands-on expertise across:
  • Network devices (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
  • Firewalls and VPNs
  • Servers and basic system administration
  • CCTV, access control, and UPS systems
  • Laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance, daily health checks, and incident resolution
  • Comfortable with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Certifications in networking or systems (preferred, not mandatory)


4. Scope of Work (Aligned to SOW)

4.1 Preventive Maintenance

  • Monthly preventive maintenance covering:
  • Servers, switches, Wi-Fi access points
  • Firewalls
  • CCTV systems
  • UPS and power backup
  • Access control systems
  • Submission of a comprehensive monthly maintenance summary report

4.2 Breakdown & Operational Support

  • Response and resolution of incidents as per SLA
  • Daily online health checks for:
  • Firewalls
  • Network switches
  • Wi-Fi access points
  • CCTV
  • Access control systems
  • Daily health check reports to be shared with the IT Team

4.3 Hardware Warranty Coordination

  • Liaison with OEMs / authorized partners for warranty claims
  • Tracking of:
  • Faulty hardware
  • Replacement timelines
  • OEM communications

4.4 Network & System Support

  • Troubleshooting and configuration of:
  • Network & VLAN setups
  • Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Firewall and VPN configurations
  • CCTV systems
  • UPS performance
  • Access control user management

4.5 IT Configuration & Asset Management

  • Configuration support for internet and network devices
  • Maintenance of IT asset inventory (PCs, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, peripherals)
  • Proper documentation of configuration changes and asset movement

4.6 End-User Support

  • Technical support for:
  • Laptops and desktop PCs (hardware/software)
  • Printers and scanners
  • Network and firewall-related user issues
  • Installation and setup of approved applications
  • System preparation and end-to-end IT support

5. Reporting Expectations

The role is reporting-intensive, with an emphasis on visibility and traceability.

  • Daily: Online health check reports
  • Incident-Based: Breakdown reports with RCA and resolution details
  • Monthly: Preventive maintenance and overall summary report
