We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Product Owner to lead the delivery of a modern enterprise data platform. This role will own the end-to-end execution of a new data lake built on Snowflake or Databricks, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Product Owner to lead the delivery of a modern enterprise data platform. This role will own the end-to-end execution of a new data lake built on Snowflake or Databricks, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery of an enterprise data lake, from initial architecture and setup through full production rollout.
- Translate business, analytics, and data requirements into clear, well-defined technical user stories, sprint plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and oversee data ingestion and integration pipelines from core SaaS platforms and supporting enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and data architects to design efficient data models, storage layers, and performance optimization strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring delivery milestones, dependencies, and timelines are met.
- Lead backlog prioritization based on business value, technical feasibility, risk, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Develop and maintain a detailed execution roadmap, supporting phased delivery, MVP launches, and incremental enhancements.
- Partner with Infrastructure and DevOps teams to establish scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based data environments.
- Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, including data pipeline reliability, processing latency, data freshness, and platform uptime.
- Ensure operational readiness, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and smooth handoffs to analytics, reporting, and data science teams.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for data platform delivery, alignment, and ongoing optimization.
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data, analytics, or platform-focused initiatives.
- Hands-on exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud-based data ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and cloud data architectures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution with clear communication and structured delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
