Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of the Singapore cheque clearing project (SGD & USD)
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with MAS and local clearing regulations
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Singapore cheque clearing domain
- Strong understanding of cheque clearing workflows, systems, and regulations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive on-time delivery
