Job Title: Network Engineer

Duration: Full time

Location: Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks. This role offers exposure across multiple domains including RAN, Transport, Core, Operations & Maintenance (OM), and Services Networks, working on both pre-sales and service delivery engagements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks based on customer requirements and technical standards
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle, from early customer engagement and pre-sales to service delivery and acceptance
• Deliver high-quality network design, audit, and optimization services using advanced technical analysis and network data
• Support pre-sales teams and solution architects by providing technical expertise for services, product, and software opportunities
• Work with new analytics, automation, and ML-based tools to improve network performance and insights
• Deliver projects independently, ensuring high-quality documentation and outputs
• Drive technology innovation, identifying efficiencies, new solutions, and service improvements
• Ensure responsibility for financial, commercial, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) performance of delivered services
• Act as a trusted consultant, maintaining strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in telecom network engineering (RAN, Transport, Core, or Services Networks)
• Solid understanding of network data analysis and optimization techniques
• Experience supporting pre-sales or consulting engagements is a strong advantage
• Exposure to network analytics, automation, or ML tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
• Strong communication, customer-facing, and consulting skills
