We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile delivery teams across technology and business initiatives. This role is responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality outcomes in a predictable and transparent manner.

The ideal candidate is a confident facilitator, strong communicator, and servant leader who can partner effectively with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders in complex, enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Facilitation

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.
• Support teams in protecting sprint goals and maintaining focus on delivery commitments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, user story clarity, and well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and maintain transparency on progress and risks.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Identify, track, and help remove impediments and delivery risks to keep teams moving forward.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and actionable insights.
• Assist teams in defining and tracking velocity, delivery metrics, and team performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance and operational tasks are visible and prioritized within the backlog.

Execution & Reporting

• Provide clear and concise status reporting with visibility into sprint progress, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Reduce unnecessary meeting overhead while improving communication and alignment.
• Help quantify business value delivered through automation and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise-level organizations and high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, with hands-on facilitation experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams delivering technology-driven solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and confident in navigating complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience working in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams.
• Exposure to large-scale integrations and enterprise applications.
