Scrum Master

100% Remote

Contract: 12 months to start

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can foster collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. ServiceNow experience is a strong plus, as the role involves supporting teams working on ServiceNow-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined and prioritized.
• Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
• Promote continuous improvement and help teams mature in their Agile practices.
• Support organizational adoption of Agile frameworks and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and related projects is a plus.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory environments is beneficial.
• Scrum certification (SAFe Scrum Master)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and ITIL processes.
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
