Responsibilities
- This role demands a blend of data analyst and reporting skills to contribute towards product led growth analytics for the Microsoft copilot studio product.
- Business & Data Understanding: Develop a grasp of business processes, evolving data landscapes, and data lineage across multiple domains. Identify connections between first and third-party data sources to inform infrastructure and analytical frameworks.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in evaluating and testing data models, incorporating feedback to improve performance and accuracy.
- Customer Orientation & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, interpret insights, and communicate findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure results are accessible and tailored to audience needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in PowerBI, AzureDataExplorer, Grifana or other data visualization tools.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in Product led growth analytics.
- Experience in AI-driven analytics.
