Primary Purpose Of The Job
Manager of all technical engineering disciplines, accountable to provide technical design and engineering services, across all stages of project development, for VP responsible projects, plus ad-hoc support as required, in order to achieve the required technical quality and integrity of work while considering project objectives in terms of safety, time and cost. Technical Authority Manager (TA0) for all discipline engineers in VP. Owner of VP Technical Standards. Manage the Technical Competence requirement for all VP engineering disciplines, from new graduate to highest level Technical Authority and discipline management.
Required Experience And Skills

Required Experience And Skills
- 20 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 10 years proven experience as Senior Engineering Manager in major projects and sites in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Skill/knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QatarEnergy standards related to his area of expertise.
- Bachelor degree in discipline engineering
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
