What project we have for you

Our client is one of the largest Ukrainian telecommunication operator providing communications and data services based on a broad range of mobile and fixed-line technologies.

What you will do

• Support and enhancement of existing projects with varying levels of legacy code.
• Implementation of tasks related to migrating functionality from existing solutions to projects using a more modern (up-to-date) technology stack.
• Working with code in accordance with the technologies and tools specified in the job description.
• Adherence to established guidelines, internal standards, and general best practices.
• Providing technical input and recommendations within the scope of assigned tasks (without responsibility for making complex architectural decisions).
• Ensuring stability and correct functionality during project maintenance and migration.
• Collaboration with the team during task implementation and deployment of changes.

What you need for this

• Solid experience with VanillaJS, ESNext, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Angular 8+
• Good understanding of Angular fundamentals: Component Tree, Component Lifecycle, Dependency Injection
• Practical experience with RxJS (Observables, Patterns, State Management)
• Experience using NgRx (Store; basic knowledge of Entity and Effects)
• Confident use of CSS and SCSS
• Strong understanding of the CSS box model and Flexbox
• Experience working with Material Design principles and UI components
• Experience working with AngularJS 1.4+ (supporting or maintaining existing code)
• Basic experience with Node.js (14+), mainly for integration or tooling tasks
• Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration

Nice to have:

• Experience with TailwindCSS
• Experience collaborating with designers using Figma
• Knowledge of AngularJS with UI-Router
• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication concepts
• Experience applying Mobile-First design principles
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) patterns
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., OSI model)
• Familiarity with load balancers and web servers such as NGINX
