We are seeking a hands-on Mobile Lead to design, architect, and lead native iOS/Android development for our US IT recruitment platform. This full-time onsite role in Lucknow, Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad requires deep expertise in Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java to deliver high-performance mobile apps for candidate management, job matching, and recruiter productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native iOS/Android applications using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java
Implement clean architecture (MVVM, VIPER) and modern design patterns for scalable solutions
Build and maintain automated UI testing with Espresso, XCUITest in CI/CD pipelines
Manage build & signing processes: provisioning profiles, certificates, entitlements, build flavors/schemes
Integrate 3rd-party SDKs: Firebase, analytics, maps, location services, payment gateways
Optimize API integrations: authentication, error handling, caching, retry logic, performance tuning
Integrate headless CMS content (Adobe Experience Manager or similar) into dynamic mobile UIs
Provide technical leadership in mobile architecture, security, and development standards
Collaborate with design, product, QA, and DevOps for seamless mobile experiences
Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, feature scoping, technical documentation

Required Experience

6+ years native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C)
5+ years native Android development (Kotlin/Java)
2+ years technical leadership experience (with/without direct reports)
2+ years automated testing: XCUITest + Espresso
3+ years mobile app signing/build variants (provisioning profiles, entitlements, certificates, schemes)
3+ years 3rd-party library/SDK integration experience
2+ years CMS integration (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
3+ years API/service integration expertise

Technical Skills

iOS: Swift 5+, Objective-C, Xcode, Auto Layout, Instruments
Android: Kotlin, Java 8+, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose (plus), Material Design
Tools: Firebase, Fastlane, App Center, Crashlytics, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
Architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles
Build: Provisioning profiles, entitlements, build flavors, App Store/Play Store deployment
