We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-centric UX Visual Designer to craft intuitive, visually stunning, and consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will blend aesthetic excellence with deep usability principles, ensuring that every interaction feels seamless, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visual Design & Brand Consistency Create high-fidelity UI designs for web, mobile (iOS & Android), and responsive interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Develop and maintain a design system with reusable components, color palettes, typography, spacing, icons, and visual patterns—ensuring consistent look and feel across all products Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and inclusive design principles.
• Apply dark mode, localization, and responsive design best practices for global audiences.
• User-Centered Design Process Collaborate with UX Researchers and Product Managers to conduct user journey mapping, personas, and usability testing sessions.
• Translate user research insights into visual storytelling through wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Participate in design sprints, design reviews, and stakeholder feedback loops to refine concepts iteratively.
• Support design validation through A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics (e.g., Power BI dashboards for UX metrics).
• Design System & Component Development Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and resolve visual discrepancies during development.
• Promote reusability and scalability—reducing design debt and accelerating time-to-market
