UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital presence and drive impactful customer experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing Quantiphi’s website UI/UX, ensuring seamless integration with our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and ultimately contributing to increased customer acquisition and satisfaction. You will be a key player in creating user-centered designs that reflect our innovative AI-driven solutions and resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic UI/UX Development -

○ Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling UI/UX

solutions for our website and digital platforms, aligning with Quantiphi’s brand

and business objectives.

○ Lead the design and implementation of

user-centered experiences that support our ABM strategies, ensuring seamless

integration between website interactions and targeted campaigns.

● ABM Campaign Integration -

○ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand ABM campaign

goals and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.

○ Design landing pages and interactive elements that optimize lead capture and

conversion within ABM campaigns.

● User Research and Analysis -

○ Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user

behavior and identify areas for improvement.

○ Utilize insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimize the user

experience.

• Design System Management:

○ Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency

and scalability across all digital touchpoints.

○ Create detailed design documentation, including style guides and design

specifications.

● Collaboration and Communication -

○ Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to

ensure seamless implementation of designs.

○ Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and

non-technical audiences.

● Innovation and Trend Awareness -

○ Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices,

particularly within the IT/AI sector.

○ Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our digital experiences and drive

innovation.

Skills/Background:

● 3 to 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an agency or in-house at an IT/AI services company.

● Proven experience designing and developing responsive web applications with a strong focus on user experience and conversion optimization.

● Expertise in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator).

● Strong understanding of HTML/CSS is highly desirable.

● Experience with integrating UI/UX design with marketing automation platforms and ABM strategies is a significant plus.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

● A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web applications.

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
