KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Agile Practices & Framework Adherence
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to groom and prioritize the backlog.
- Delivery & Risk Management
- Guide teams in delivering secure projects successfully.
- Monitor and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release outcomes.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to safeguard timelines and quality.
- Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Continuous Improvement & Coaching
- Drive improvement through retrospectives and structured feedback loops.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering ownership and discipline.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
- Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross functional skillset, domain knowledge and effective communication
- Collaboration & Team Culture
- Build a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, trust, accountability and transparency
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Tools: Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Agile Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, with working knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban.
- Team Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with diplomacy and clarity.
- Delivery Discipline: Proactive in tracking metrics and driving accountability.
- Coaching & Communication: Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to nurture team maturity.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
