Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Mumbai, Delhi NCR

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale architecture solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role demands deep expertise in modern technologies, cloud platforms, and integration strategies, coupled with the ability to drive stakeholder alignment and guide cross-functional teams through complex technical decisions.

>>Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end architecture for large-scale applications, covering front-end, back-end, database, and integration layers.
• Technology Leadership: Drive architecture using Java Spring Boot, React, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate & Translate: Work closely with product owners, business teams, and developers to convert business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
• Integration Strategies: Develop seamless integration with legacy systems, external APIs, and government data sources.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, data integrity, performance, and government IT compliance standards.
• Data Architecture: Design optimized data models and ensure high-performance databases across relational systems.
• Innovation Focus: Incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and real-time analytics into solution architecture.
• Governance & Reviews: Participate in requirement analysis, architecture reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Mobile Architecture Expertise: Provide guidance on scalable mobile application architectures (Android/iOS and hybrid frameworks).

>>Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Min. B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech or 4 years graduate program in computer / IT or equivalent from a recognized institute / university on company's payroll.

Experience:

• 15+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solution architectures.
• Proven ability to lead presales activities, craft solution proposals, and front-lead strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large technical teams and driving strategic alignment with senior business leaders to ensure solution design & implementation.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of secure, scalable cloud-native applications.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices, API-first design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in database architecture and optimization (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience in mobile platform architecture (native & hybrid) and integration with web ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and infrastructure-as-code practices.
