Full Stack Developer - Bath - Technology Scale Up
Location - Bath/Hybrid
Salary - £55,000
We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative, experienced team delivering digital full stack solutions. You’ll work on meaningful, high-impact projects, using modern technologies to solve complex problems across a range of clients. This role suits someone who enjoys working end-to-end, balancing delivery with hands-on development, and contributing to high-quality, well-engineered products.
You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to design, build, and support scalable, secure web applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building frontend and backend functionality using TypeScript, Node.js, and React, typically on AWS or Azure
- Designing and working with CMS including content and component architecture
- Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews
- Translating requirements into robust technical solutions
- Supporting and extending existing systems and resolving issues as they arise
- Continuously improving development practices, tools, and ways of working
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js, including RESTful APIs
- Frontend experience with React
- Experience with CMS platforms, testing (TDD/automated testing), and databases (relational and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, Git, and Agile delivery
Nice to have: GraphQL, accessibility best practices, CI/CD pipelines, broader AWS knowledge.
