We are looking for a passionate HTML Developer with strong React.js experience to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming modern UI/UX designs into high-quality, performant, and responsive web interfaces.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js
- Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect web pages and reusable React components
- Build and enhance React-based UI components, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Design and develop responsive pages using Webflow, ensuring excellent user experience
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- Optimize websites and applications for speed, SEO, and performance
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve front-end codebases
- Use Git and version control best practices in a collaborative development environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
- Strong experience in HTML Email Development
- Solid understanding of React.js fundamentals (components, hooks, props, state management)
- Experience with Webflow for responsive website development
- Proficiency in CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
- Working knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end frameworks
- Understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous data handling
- Awareness of SEO principles and web performance optimization
- Basic backend exposure (optional): Node.js, PHP, MySQL, Firebase
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
