Job Description

The Product Manager will be part of a regional Product Portfolio Team supporting different areas of Global & Latin America Mobile offices. The individual be responsible to lead, create, and follow up Portfolio and Go To Market strategies to Latin America subsidiaries for a specific smartphone category, including regional business direction, product information, consumers expectations, costumer strategies and market trend. It must also develop insights from product perspective to drive business growth.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with different areas such as Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Business Strategy, Service and R&D.

The candidate should have advanced skills to support spreadsheets preparations to follow up the team activities and report project status to our global office. It is also required to lead effective presentations of findings and recommendations to different levels of executives and customers, creating visual overview of quantitative information.

The regional scope of work encompasses the whole Latin America, so candidate should be comfortable in working with multi-cultural, matrix-oriented organizations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio & GTM strategies to subsidiaries.
• Analyze market data and deliver insights that supports business strategy.
• Constantly in contact with Subsidiaries to identify issues, opportunities and solutions.
• Prepare and present portfolio presentations.
• Support different areas by providing product information.
• Support Strategies meetings organizations across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, GTM strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence and others.
• Proven track record in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English skills; Spanish is a plus.
