Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in São Paulo, SP, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving new sales initiatives. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, overseeing contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals. This role will involve market analysis, participation in industry events, and ensuring client satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within digital assets, blockchain, payment, or fintech industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, lead generation, and partnership development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, with a strong command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology or the digital economy is highly desirable.
