Job Description
Your Mission
Responsible for building analysis and solutions, taking insights to support strategic business decisions at Shopee. Connect different teams and
work together to map a situation, detail the action plan and implement / improve results daily.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Map and interpret the strategic needs of our business to transform them into feasible and actionable tasks. Follow up implementation and monitor results;
- Problem structuring and analysis. Framing complex problems in a structured way, recommending actions based on analysis results and business priorities;
- Work with different stakeholders to implement action plans, getting involved in all steps of the implementation to ensure execution with excellence;
- Support peers on specific roles related to campaign planning, portfolio performance per channel, profitability control, cost optimization performance monitoring, among others;
- Build leadership presentations and actively participate in management meetings.
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Completed graduation in related fields;
- Google Sheets and Presentation;
- Advanced English;
- Desired: SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
