Responsibilities and more:

In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

* Administer and maintain the NetBrain Digital Twin platform to ensure accurate and reliable network visualization.

* Create, update, and validate network path maps and topology diagrams based on current network configurations.

* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the NetBrain platform.

* Execute routine operational and administrative tasks, including maintaining device inventories and templates.

* Support network diagnostics and automation workflows enabled through NetBrain.

* Collaborate with network engineering and network intelligence teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in network data or visualizations.

* Support integrations between NetBrain and other systems, such as ServiceNow.

* Document processes, configurations, and operational changes within the NetBrain environment.

* Generate reports related to network health, performance, and inventory as needed.

Skills you have 🚀

* Hands-on experience with the NetBrain platform as an administrator, operator, or regular user.

* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing, switching, and network topologies.

* Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.

* Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Experience with network administration, monitoring, or network operations tools.
