Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular/React.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and related tools.
Lead & Coordination Responsibilities
- As senior developer, guiding and mentoring junior developers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to define requirements and deliverables.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Additional Duties
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and best practices
