People Operations Specialist (Buenos Aires)

Born in Sydney, Australia - we are a software company that create breakthrough products that enable and empower those that operate the supply chains of the world. Our product would have touched everything from how your laptop gets to your desk, how food reaches your fridge and the list goes on.

Through expansion in the Latin American region, we are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in a HR/People Operations role
• You’re comfortable prioritising and managing multiple deliverables
• Proficient in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Your superior interpersonal skills will be utilised in this role as you will interact with various individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Although we are a software development company, we don’t necessarily require you to be a techy; however, experience in Microsoft Office, Excel or Outlook would be great
• Fluent in English and Spanish

In this role you will

• Draft and prepare employment contracts
• Maintain staff records and employee files
• On-board new employees through our internal software platform
• Help to manage our shared mailbox and answer queries from all over the world
• Assist with ad-hoc projects for the team
