We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of insurance products within insurance portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping customer-centric insurance solutions that align with regulatory requirements and market trends.

• Insurance expertise: Strong knowledge of general insurance products, pricing, and distribution channels.
• Product management experience: Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, market insights, and financial metrics to guide decisions.

• Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with Australian insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Product strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps for insurance offerings (motor, home, commercial, specialty lines).
• Market research: Analyze insurance market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Product development: Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and digital teams to design and launch innovative insurance products.
• Compliance and risk: Ensure products meet APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory standards while managing risk exposure.
• Stakeholder management: Partner with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to drive product success.
• Performance monitoring: Track product KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements where needed.
