Scrum Master - Microsoft Power Platform

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale, high-performing delivery portfolio within a leading Australian technology organisation. This role will play a critical part in supporting multiple delivery teams, establishing and uplifting Scrum practices, and enabling successful delivery across a complex and fast-moving environment.

THE ROLE:

This role will see you working across multiple portfolios, supporting the setup, uplift, and ongoing operation of Scrum teams delivering initiatives across the Microsoft Power Platform and broader digital ecosystem.

Reporting directly into the Hiring Manager who leads the central delivery pipeline, you’ll work alongside a large group of Project Managers, delivery leads, and Agile practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality Scrum practices are embedded across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitate and oversee all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support multiple discrete Scrum teams delivering initiatives across varying timelines and dependencies

• Coordinate priorities with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and digital delivery teams

• Monitor team performance and delivery progress, identifying and removing impediments

• Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices focused on value delivery

• Coach, mentor, and support teams to uplift Agile maturity and collaboration

• Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices

• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple Scrum teams

• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Highly Desirable:

• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform

• Exposure to large, complex delivery portfolios with multiple stakeholders

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or higher

• Microsoft certifications such as:

– PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals

– PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate

– PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
