Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Designer Specialist (UX/UI). In this role, the Designer Specialist (UX/UI) will oversee end-to-end UX/UI design and development projects, coordinate and expedite cross-functional collaboration across teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing logistics, facilitating inspections, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. The Designer Specialist (UX/UI) will serve as the key liaison between design teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Product Designer - with skills in Figma, Framer, etc.
• Strong Project Management and Expediting skills, with the ability to coordinate, prioritize tasks, and manage tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in Inspection and Logistics Management, ensuring high-quality project deliverables and streamlined processes;
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Hands-on professional;
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes; experience in design agencies or tech industries is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, design, or related field; equivalent experience is also considered;

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or Manager;
• Direct experience designing for startups/Saas;
• Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions;
• Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers;
• Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams;
• Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
