Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Rebranding Expert and Project Manager to lead a comprehensive rebranding initiative from conception to launch. This role involves managing the timeline, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the final output resonates powerfully with a US-based audience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a deep-dive audit of the current brand, competitors, and target audience.
• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that includes positioning, value proposition, voice, and visual direction.
• Create and own the rebranding roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with leadership to ensure alignment.
• Oversee the creation of a new Visual Identity System (Logo, Typography, Color Palette).
• Develop comprehensive Brand Guidelines (The "Brand Bible").
• Oversee the redesign and messaging of the company website and key marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute the internal and external launch strategy.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven track record of rebranding companies specifically for the United States market.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end rebranding projects (Before & After case studies preferred).
• Ability to articulate how design choices align with business goals.
• Strong proficiency in English with copywriting skills.
