Senior Visual Experience Designer, Rider Experience

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Experience Designer to join our Rider Experience domain and craft high-quality visuals that elevate our product and marketing experiences. This role focuses on designing scalable creative assets, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with product and brand teams to bring our identity to life in intuitive and engaging ways.

About The Role

As a Senior Visual Experience Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Bolt’s brand comes to life across product and marketing surfaces, delivering high-quality, visually engaging experiences that connect with millions of users.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Brand, Marketing, and Engineering teams to design scalable creative assets, define and maintain visual standards, and ensure consistency across touchpoints. Your work will span in-app visuals, promotional campaigns, and motion design, balancing creative expression with usability and performance.

Your ability to blend visual excellence with system thinking and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to creating intuitive, delightful experiences across Bolt’s ecosystem.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Designing visually compelling assets for in-product use and marketing campaigns, including splash screens, banners, and promo cards
• Creating and managing modular templates that support localisation and scalability across markets
• Ensuring brand consistency and visual quality across all product surfaces and communication channels
• Collaborating with Product Designers, Brand, Marketing, and Content teams to align on goals and deliverables
• Contributing to the evolution of the product’s visual language in partnership with Design Systems and Brand teams
• Supporting motion and interaction design by creating intuitive, animated components and micro-interactions
  
  
  

About you:

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and motion design across digital products and campaigns
• You’re proficient in Figma and familiar with motion or prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or similar
• You have experience working within or contributing to a design system and understand the importance of consistency and scalability
• You care deeply about visual craft, usability, and how design impacts the user experience
• You’re comfortable collaborating across teams, balancing creative goals with technical constraints
