Your responsibilities will be
Manage all human resource processes within the store, including:
- recruitment and onboarding of employees
- employee training and development
- performance evaluation
- management of personnel documentation and recordkeeping
Create a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
We expect
- Previous experience in a personnel manager position
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize work in a structured and efficient manner
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and labor law
