The Opportunity

I am exclusively recruiting for a specialized Data & AI Consultancy that stands as a bridge between academic research and industrial application. While many companies are still experimenting with "toy" AI projects, my client is deploying robust, scalable Generative AI solutions for DAX-listed corporations and hidden champions.

They are currently expanding their Core AI Development Team and are looking for multiple specialists to cover the entire project lifecycle—from technical implementation to strategic architectural leadership.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring across four specific seniority levels. Your entry point depends on your experience in software engineering and stakeholder management:

1. AI Consultant: You are a builder. You have a strong grasp of Python and NLP fundamentals and want to apply them to real-world use cases (RAG, Chatbots, Information Extraction).
2. Senior Consultant: You are a delivery owner. You can drive technical workstreams independently, ensure code quality, and mentor junior colleagues.
3. Lead AI Engineer: You are an architect. You have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in system design, ensuring that complex agentic workflows perform under load.
4. Managing Consultant: You are a strategist. You combine technical authority with business acumen (7+ years), managing client portfolios and scouting the next big tech trends.

The Technical Landscape

You will work on the bleeding edge of Natural Language Processing. The projects typically involve:

• Next-Gen Architectures: Designing Agentic RAG, GraphRAG, and autonomous multi-agent systems.
• Customization: Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using PEFT/QLoRA for specific industry domains.
• Production Engineering: Building professional LLM-Ops and MLOps pipelines on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Tooling: Extensive use of PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and Vector Databases.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch is preferred).
• Production Mindset: Experience with version control, CI/CD, and deploying models in containerized environments.
• Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English are strictly required due to the consulting nature of the role.
