Job Title: .NET Technical Lead (Remote - Ireland)

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers. Set technical standards and best practices for the team.
• Hands-on Development: - Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
• Collaboration and Communication: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
