We are looking for a versatile and experienced Backup Architect with a strong background in enterprise backup solutions and storage technologies. You should have hands-on experience with backup platforms or a strong motivation to learn Cohesity, NetBackup, and Microsoft Data Protection Manager.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing and shaping enterprise-grade backup and data protection solutions, ensuring data availability, resilience, and security across on-premise and cloud environments.

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Backup Architect with a strong background in enterprise backup solutions and storage technologies. You should have hands-on experience with backup platforms or a strong motivation to learn Cohesity, NetBackup, and Microsoft Data Protection Manager.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing and shaping enterprise-grade backup and data protection solutions, ensuring data availability, resilience, and security across on-premise and cloud environments.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Designing backup and disaster recovery strategies (BC/DR) for on-premise and cloud environments
- Creating low-level designs (LLD) for enterprise backup systems
- Implementing immutable storage and air-gapped configurations to protect against ransomware attacks
- Working with technologies such as NetBackup Alta, Cohesity DataProtect, Rubrik, and/or Veeam
- Optimizing backup workflows for large-scale environments with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Acting as a technical authority and architect for data protection solutions
- Strong experience with backup and storage architectures
- Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (Cohesity, NetBackup, Rubrik, Veeam or similar)
- Experience with BC/DR concepts and implementations
- Ability to design robust, secure, and scalable solutions
- Architectural mindset with attention to detail and best practices
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
