As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving, sustaining, and continuously improving the OKR framework within Trevolution Group, ensuring alignment across all Travel business lines.
BLOCK 1. Responsibilities
- Translate and consolidate Trevolution’s strategic objectives into clear, actionable OKRs across business units, ensuring alignment, transparency, and ownership while maintaining execution flexibility.
- Partner closely with the Finance team to align OKRs with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics, supporting disciplined planning and informed decision-making.
- Ensure objectives and key results are clear, measurable, and outcome-focused, reflecting business priorities and supported by well-designed processes.
- Drive alignment with key stakeholders and foster cross-functional accountability and commitment to shared outcomes.
- Maintain structured OKR tracking, review, and feedback mechanisms to ensure visibility of progress, timely course correction, and clarity of priorities across the organisation.
BLOCK 2. Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of OKR methodology and best practices.
- Proven track-record in OKR methodology implementation within international enterprises.
- Possession of a proven implementation methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans that drive OKR project.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to set ambitious goals to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prominent level of energy, innovative and thinking out-of-box.
- Fluent English.
