Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Core product engineering team
- Enable the team to deliver high-impact, critical services in the areas of storage architecture, observability, and scalability
- Collaborate and prioritise with Product Owners to create flows and systems that handle complex engineering workflows
- Align with other engineering teams to ensure synchronization and seamless development across the organization
- Foster an excellent engineering culture guided by our company values and engineering principles
- Hire and develop team leads as the organization grows
- Senior developer background with exceptional technical skills in backend development
- Architecture-level expertise in storage systems, observability, and scalability
- Experience with Go language strongly preferred (other backend languages considered)
- Experience scaling systems and implementing robust security practices
- Strong technical leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering sophisticated technical solutions
- Interest in continually learning about AI technologies and infrastructure
- Strong delivery focus and technical excellence mindset
