Test Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join Capitole for a strategic mission at one of our bank’s client. If you’re passionate about quality culture, agile transformation, and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Support teams in defining and implementing an integrated agile test strategy (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Promote quality-driven development and continuous testing across the delivery cycle.
• Coach and train cross-functional teams on agile testing methodologies, automation, and tools.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and Automation Engineers to enhance coherence and efficiency.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs and performance indicators for agile QA teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between PO, Dev, and QA roles.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives on testing and software quality.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong experience in test strategy, design, execution, and reporting.
• Proven track record in software quality improvement within agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools: Azure DevOps Test Plans, qTest, Jira + Xray.
• Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Tosca, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Cucumber).
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and BDD/ATDD approaches.
• Experience in defining and following up on test and quality metrics.
• French and English languages are required.
