Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting:

• Lead and deliver the implementation of Finance and Risk Regulatory Reporting tools, with a strong focus on FINREP.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks (FINREP, CRR, Basel III) and internal standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with senior management and governance bodies.
• Organize and support user training sessions and ensure proper documentation of processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and best practices into reporting tools and processes.

How do we imagine our future Senior Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting?

• 5–10 years of experience in the banking industry as a Project Manager or in a transversal regulatory role (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit).
• Proven experience delivering regulatory projects (e.g. FINREP, Basel, BCBS239, AnaCredit).
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Finance and Risk regulatory reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g. Clarity or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels.
• Fluent in English and French; an additional European language is a plus.
• Project or Program Management certification (PMI, Prince2, MSP) and/or Agile, SAFe, or Change Management experience is an asset.
