Your role 💼

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize security controls across Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and related M365 platforms. You will play a key role in advancing our Zero Trust strategy, protecting endpoints, identities, and data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

• Design, deploy, and manage security solutions using Microsoft Defender AV, EDR/XDR, and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) to protect endpoints, identities, and cloud workloads.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview for data governance, information protection, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead security posture and risk assessments across M365 environments, producing actionable remediation plans and executive-ready reports.
• Guide the adoption of Zero Trust principles, including conditional access, identity protection, and integrated security controls across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Provide architectural governance and technical advisory for Microsoft security capabilities (Defender XDR, Entra ID, Intune, Purview), ensuring cohesive and effective security operations.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in incident response processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical workshops, training, and security awareness sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving threats, Microsoft security product updates, and industry best practices to proactively enhance the organization’s security posture.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in security engineering, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender AV, EDR/XDR, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architectures, endpoint and identity security, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with security assessments, risk management, and remediation planning in enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale security projects and customer engagements.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-100, AZ-500, MS-500, SC-300, SC-200) are highly desirable.
• Experience with security automation, SIEM/EDR deployments, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven security tools and Microsoft Security Copilot.
• Proficient in French language.
