About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Agile/Lean Coach with strong experience in SAFe to support business transformation initiatives and accelerate Agile maturity across teams and leadership. You will play a key role in coaching teams, product management, and stakeholders, enabling high-performing delivery, continuous improvement, and a Lean-Agile mindset at scale.
This role requires strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and change management skills, as well as the ability to influence and drive transformation in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams and leaders on Agile/Lean principles and SAFe practices;
- Support and drive Agile transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy;
- Facilitate key SAFe and Agile ceremonies and workshops (PI Planning, retrospectives, system demos, etc.);
- Enable teams to improve delivery performance, predictability, and collaboration;
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders in Agile roles and responsibilities;
- Identify organizational impediments and support leadership in removing blockers to flow and value delivery;
- Promote continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and metrics-driven decision-making;
- Build coaching plans, run training sessions, and support capability development through mentoring;
- Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and customer-centric delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach / Lean Coach, ideally in large-scale environments;
- Strong expertise in SAFe and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
- Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation programs;
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop teams and leaders;
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to lead workshops with diverse stakeholders;
- English level B2.
Nice to Have:
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe Agile Coach, RTE, or similar)
- Experience with enterprise change management and transformation roadmaps
- Exposure to value stream mapping, flow metrics, and portfolio-level agility
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, telecom, etc.)
