Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ljubljana for an Information Technology (IT) Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and repairing IT systems, and delivering user training. The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations to improve efficiency and support the critical functions of the medical center.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including knowledge of system maintenance and IT infrastructure
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on assisting end-users and maintaining a professional approach
- Ability to deliver Training to users on IT tools and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and initiating solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant certifications or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is an advantage
