Project Manager (Content Management Systems)

Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, working with top-tier clients to deliver impactful solutions that transform industries. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a strategic Content Management Systems project. The role is fully remote within Poland with B2B employment.

Key Requirements (Must Have):

• Experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (tools) and understanding of their functionalities.
• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP) and experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Business Objects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process simplification and manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Effort Tracking and Content Management simplification project.
• Compiling a comprehensive inventory of current ET processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Driving collaborative change management sessions with stakeholders.
• Simplifying processes and implementing efficiencies.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
• Reporting progress to stakeholders and ensuring alignment.
• Examples of tasks: ET month-end close activities, adoption of the RACI methodology, ServiceNow requests, and compliance reporting.
