This role begins with a deep understanding of who the customer is and what they value. By analyzing product-related data, you identify needs and transform them into actions that create stronger connections in-store. You’ll inspire the team with energy, ensuring that every interaction feels personal, dynamic and aligned with our Mix&Match culture.


On the product side, you lead the commercial vision of your department. From forecasting sales and designing the annual calendar, to translating strategy into day-to-day actions, you keep the floor sharp, updated and relevant. Your knowledge of applications, layout, and visual standards makes you the reference point for the team – the voice that communicates change and drives execution with purpose.


This role is also about people. You’ll detect new potentials, guide their growth, and ensure that every member of your team lives the company’s culture and values. Together with the visual team, you’ll build smart schedules and create opportunities for development that strengthen both the team and the customer experience.


And finally, process is where vision becomes reality. From planning weekly deliveries with visuals, to coordinating with operations on stock movements, you make sure that the department runs efficiently and sustainably. You’ll join trainings and updates to stay ahead, bringing fresh knowledge back to your team and ensuring continuous improvement.
